The Reaper is fetching your records…
How it works
The homeowner files the claim with their insurance company. You send the invoice. Claims Reaper drafts the paperwork and every follow-up. You review and send each one by email until you are paid.
Start here
Every claim gets its own QR code and link. Your guys are already on site with phones in their pockets, so let them shoot the before, during and after.
Start with the signed work authorization for the job. Drop it into the claim chat and the app reads the parties, the address and your payment terms from it.
Your price is your price. The invoice goes out as written, with a plain-English reason for every hour, every machine and every crew member on it.
Only when it applies: if the invoice runs past due and your contract allows late fees, a statement shows the balance with the fees added.
A job cost breakdown (JCB) of the work, plus comparable invoices from other jobs if you have them. They show your price is in line with what the work costs.
Recorded wind and weather for the address on the day of the loss, pulled from NOAA’s public Storm Events Database.
Numbered, captioned photos of the tree, the damage and the work, before, during and after. Adjusters pay for what they can see.
Tip: your crew can upload them. Show them the claim’s QR code or text them the link, and they shoot from their own phones. No app, no login. The app sorts and numbers them for you.
Your company W-9, so the carrier has what it needs to cut the check.
Then
Everything goes to the carrier in one email from the claim's own email address, and every reply lands in the claim's comms log. You get a copy in your own inbox and can reply right from there.
If the carrier goes quiet, you get a reminder and a follow-up email ready to send. If they pay less than your invoice, the next email is ready too. You approve each one with a tap.
Log the check when it lands. The claim moves to Paid, then Closed, and the folder stays as your record.
Every claim sits in one of seven places. Glance at the board and you know what needs you and what is waiting on them.
Photos, invoice and contract are coming together. The chat asks for what is missing.
The package went to the adjuster by email, homeowner copied.
The clock is running on their written reply. You get a reminder if it goes quiet.
The carrier answered with a number. The file shows how it compares to your invoice.
The offer is short of your invoice. A follow-up asking them to show in writing what they cut and why is ready to approve.
Check in hand. Log it and the balance updates.
Done. The folder stays as your record.
