What happens when I use up the free AI amount?
You get generous free AI usage every week. Keep each claim to 30 photos or fewer and your weekly usage goes further. Past that, tap Buy credits in the app, pay with a card, and use them as you go. No subscription, no monthly bill. Credit prices and the free allowance can change; we will tell you first.
What are Basic, Strong, Expert, Max and God Mode?
Every account can pick a performance mode in the chat. Basic is included on every plan. The stronger modes give better answers on hard claims and use your weekly allowance and credits faster: Strong 2x, Expert 3x, Max 5x, God Mode 8x. On Basic Automatic without credits you get 3 free questions each on Strong and Expert and 1 each on Max and God Mode. After that the chat goes back to Basic until you add credits.
What does Assisted or Full Service cost?
It depends on how many claims you run and which state you are in. Tap Talk to us and we will reply by email with a plain number.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Start free, and move a claim to Assisted or Full Service when you want our team on it. Your claim folders come with you.
Who talks to the insurance company?
Nobody talks. Everything is in writing, by email. On the Basic Automatic plan the app drafts the email and you send it from your own mailbox. On Assisted and Full Service, each claim gets its own address, we draft, and nothing is sent until you approve it with a tap. We never negotiate with the carrier for you.
